Juma Al Kaabi is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ADASI, an EDGE Group entity
that is the regional leader in autonomous systems and services across air, land and
maritime domains.
In his role, he is responsible for leading the development and implementation of
ADASI’s strategy, mission and overall vision to deliver world-class expertise that meet
clients’ evolving mission requirements, both regionally and globally.
In his previous position as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Al Kaabi developed and
managed ADASI’s technology and product roadmaps, interfacing with customers and
other stakeholders to ensure the organisation developed technology tailored to the
future requirements of the end user. He also held the positions of Chief of Strategic
Programs & Systems, and Chief Programs Officer at ADASI.
Prior to joining ADASI in 2011, Juma Al Kaabi served extensively for over two decades
in the UAE Armed Forces, where he worked through several departments
encompassing unmanned systems, engineering research and development contracts
negotiation, programs management, technical training programs, systems evaluations
and aviation maintenance.
Juma Al Kaabi holds a Master’s in Business Administration from New York Institute of
Technology University, UAE and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical
Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, USA.
